Cadbury Eyebrows

Was watching TV with my girlfriend house..

last night after leaving my workplace...

and I saw this Cadbury advertisement... and we laugh like hell together....

Never underestimated the power of our Eyebrows... :)

final memory of micheal jackson

I was searching online for more of Micheal Jackson background since his passaway...

Micheal Jackson was born on 29 August 1958 in Gary, Indiana, U.S.

He is the 7th child in the famous 'Jackson Family'

His other sidings are Rebbie Jackson, Jackie Jackson, Tito Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, LaToya Jackson, Marlon Jackson, Randy Jackson and lastly Janet Jackson.

Every of the sidings becomes famous and talented singers...9 of them...

No wonder this family is so famous..because such occurrences is so rare...

Around them... 5 of them group up and form up the famous black singing group called 'The Jackson 5' with Micheal Jackson being the youngest in the group..

Yet his outstanding talent, his soul singing voice.. and his dances made him 'outclassed' from the rest...

He then started out as a individual solo singer and made his way up... with his personal style..soul voices.. and his irreplaceable 'Moonwalker' dance.

king of pop...

Michael Jackson passed away this early morning due to sudden cardiac arrest.

My deepest respects to him...

a singer who's trademark moonwalker dance can never be replaced by another singer...

a singer who was apart of my grown up memory as a child..

that Micheal Jackson Moonwalker Sega Game featuring one of his famous song Smooth Criminal was one of my favorite Sega Games... when I was a little kid of 5-6 years old...

will never forgot about the game when recalls Michael Jackson...

During the march 2009 press conferences for his upcoming concert in London.

he made his formal last words for all his fans....

Michael Jackson: This is it... and see you in July...

but sadly that promise is never going to happen...

Spain loses...

As ususal I was surfing internet for the results of the match between Spain and United States of America...in Confederations Cup 2009 Semi-Finals ...

And my jaws drop down.. when I see the result... Spain 0-2 USA..

Wow.. something interesting had happened.. Spain is also currently ranked 1st in FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking.

England loses to Spain with a scoreline of 0-2 on 11 February 2009 friendly match..but so interestingly USA can win Spain in a major cup competition and its a semi-final game somemore...

I think Spain must be on 'Cloud Nine'.. since winning all the Confederations Cup group matches .. specially a 5-0 win against New Zealand..

That they might as forgotten they are here for a serious cup competition before World Cup 2010.

Maybe their mind is already on their next possible opponent Brazil... instead of United States of America where soccer wasn't a very particular sports their people's mind...

So they played the game as if they were expecting to meet Brazil in the Final...and they ended up losing their 35 unbeaten game run...

Is USA improving... or over-confidence

that lead to such a famous victory for USA?

ndp airshow...

While studying... I will sometimes relax myself.. by leaving the library and walk to the places around it..

Realise that Marina Bay Integrated Resort is like completing soon... all the 3 main buildings are like already above 50 stories tall..

Looking elsewhere... the Merlion seems ok after the lighting stuck incident during march 2009 and everything else was just the same as before...really nice to sit down and look at...

Was sitting at Marina Bay River just outside esplanade yesterday around 6pm and all the sudden a group of helicopter carrying the Singapore Flag..fly over us and everyone was like feeling surprised...

Then I realize its actually NDP rehearsal for Singapore Air Force and for the next 1 hour between 6pm to 7pm... I am just like everyone else there... sitting down watching all different kinds of Air Show they prepared and trained for the coming NDP 2009...

I saw the hawk helicopter, F16 fighter jet, many helicopters during that 1 hour and when I saw that Singapore Flag was printed on each and every of the Singapore Air Force planes with the visual and sound effected created by those air machines...

I feel really very proud as Singaporean as a small country..

maybe you guys can try your luck at marina bay between 6-7pm..

during one of these days.. :)

logical foundation exam

For the yesterday today and tomorrow.. I will be based at National Library @ Esplande...

This is the 1st time I am returning back to national library @ esplande to study... The last time was 5 years ago during my final ITE year in 2004 i was 19...

the arrangement of the table have changed and nowadays lappy are very common.. the hairstyle of the student studying have also changed, I feel I am getting old and its like a journey to my past to study here once again..

For my Logical Foundation examination and I really have to study very hard for it in order to pass..yes at least pass and I took 3 days leave...

I can't help it but to said that one of my poorest subject since I was young and coming examination is all about maths maths and maths...

40% of this Logical Foundation is on assignment.. this time I really did my personal best on submitting a best personal assignment.. so I could at least earn as much points as possible on the 40%...

Remaining 60% is back to this examination and tomorrow is the day I will be have that exam...

Hope I can do well for my examination tomorrow...

introduction of sims...

The reason why i am so much into playing sims games was thanks to the temptation my gf have given me and many times when i was at her house... i am just sitting down there looking at her playing...

i feel like playing it when i see her playing.. and i begin playing sims 2 and now is sims 3...

for those who didn't know, what sims games is about..maybe i can explain in a basic form before you try it out...

sims is like human... they are just like us.. they have 6 basic requirement hungry, bladder, hygienic, energy and fun...

if sims hungry.. sims needs food...

if bladder is full sims need to use toilet...

if hygienic level is in red colour...sims needs to bath.. cos he is dirty and smelly

sims need enough sleep which is around 8 hours per day for good level of energy...

encourage your sims play video games.. use computer.. play board games to improve his fun level...

apart of the 6 basic requirements.. you need to bring sims to school to get educated... and older sims needs to find a job in order to earn money and buy better furniture...

you can also let them chat with outsiders... find a friend.. engaged in a releationship.. exercise to keep fit...and many more...

experiances of sims 3...

I think sims 3 have improved alot... apart from hardware requirement... which can slow down many PC....

detail wise.. there are many more things i could perform in sims 3... on sims 2 it is just about your house and maybe some friends visiting you and that is everything...

there are now more targets to achieve.. in work...personal wishes.. and many more...

there are other interesting things happening around the town... while you are playing your sims...

during the day time... while my sims is working.. i can zoom around the town.. example the park and i can see people reading books....others having picnic together..

if i zoom outside government house... people are rioting.... with some displeasure against sims government..

in the middle of the night... while my sims is sleep.. 12am... i can zoom to cemetery.. and you could see ghost wondering around... shaking the tombs.. and chairs...

and i am wondering if i wake up my sims.. from sleep and let him visit the cemetery.. will he faint... when he see the ghosts?

seems interesting... but so far i haven't try out yet.... :)

installation of sims 3...

I managed to obtain a copy of The Sims 3 and at first i thought i could play rite away... on last wednesday...

eventually i ended starting the game on friday... due to the ever-increasing hardware requirement.... Sims 3 now requires a personal computer to have at least 1.5 GB of RAM memory... and my PC only has 1 GB RAM memory.. which is not enough...

i tried to run the game previously... the installation was ok... the starting was ok....even the playing of the game introduction video was quite fast... until the moment the sims characters are created and start running...

my whole entire computer was like being freeze.. with my CPU processor light blinking and running like crazy... and immediately i look on the minimum requirement section for Sims 3...

and i decided that since i have already use this computer for the past 1 year plus.....my processor still supporting very well.. and will certainly run better and faster with more RAM memory...its time for a minor upgrade before my hardware runs outdated... in few years to go...

upgraded with additional 4 GB of memory ...

everything was ok... seamless running... :)

raffles city + m1 broadband

Met up my coursemates for the PC Show 2009 at suntec....I am going with them... because they needed a new broadband plan as their current contract once have expired...

So I reach there at around 2pm.. which is much earlier then our promised time of 3pm... and I decided to walk around raffles city...

alot of changes had been made at the basement.... and I realize now raffles city is not only a place you can go for high-class shopping... but you can also go for great food...

the developers of raffles city have actually allocated most of the raffles city basement 1 for different variety of food...

you can have... casual dining, fast food, cafes, restaurants and small bites... all over basement 1...a very different view as compared to the past...

do pay a visit to raffles city basement 1... :)

Met wai loon and foo choon ken at around 3plus.. and we walk over to suntec via city link mall...we are chatting about the free items given for the sign-up of new broadband plan...

and starhub and singtel was always in my friend's mind as the eventual ISP for the new sign-up of another 2 years...

when we reached the doorstep of suntec hall 603.. we received 3 advertisement slips from 3 different ISP... Starhub, Singnet and new challanger M1...

to our surprise... M1 might be very new into this broadband market... but they are offering a very special broadband promotion that my friends simply cannot ignored...

my friend are currently under MaxOnline Express 8Mpbs which they signed up.. 2 years ago.. in year 2007 and they are paying a subscription fee of $59.92 per mth...

it was always in their mind to extend their contact with starhub.. but upgraded to MaxOnline Premium 12Mpbs.. at the slight lesser value provided they couldn't find a better plan with Singnet...

but the surprise offer by M1.. have caught their eyes and also my admire..and we simply forgotten about the free labtops, promotion item or slightly improved broadband speed given if signing up a new broadband plan..

M1 is offering a 100Mbps fixed line broadband plan at only $59 for 2 years contact with free rental of cable modems and sign-up fee waived ...
(M1 uses same technology as StarHub)

this basically means for my friend ... for a same price of $59.. they can upgrade their broadband speed from 8Mpbs to 100Mpbs... and pay 92cents lesser...

but this offer are only available for those who applied during the PC Show 2009... their staff told us that M1 should not be offering such a price again in the coming months.. its just a one-time promotion to increase their customer base...

so upon checking and confirm their contract expiry date with StarHub... they cancelled their existing broadband plan.. and applied with M1...

sadly I couldn't sign-up as i am have purchased a Hubstation box for free 1Mpbs internet access and 3 basic group plan at $25.68 per mth and my contact expires on august 2010..

seeing their eyes and expression when they sign-up the M1 plan..

i am happy for them :)

england...

Just reach my office and was browsing around afew soccer website for the latest update on the World Cup 2010 Qualifier match results and groups standings around the world.

The good news is my favorite national team England had once again win another qualifier match against Andorra with a score of 6-0.

This is also their 7th consecutive victory and now they now leading in World Cup 2010 Qualifier Europe Group 7 with 21 points which is an additional 10 points advantage away from the 2nd position Croatia.

Nowadays England itself do not have very talented manager and in English Premier League not many English Manager performed very well.. so far the recent outstanding once are Roy Hodgson and Harry Redknapp...

And it is clear that the appointment of foreign manager is their only choice.. and a better choice since not many English manager nowadays are talented enough to hold the job of being the Manager of England National Team.

So far the appointment of Sven-Göran Eriksson and recently Fabio Capello...had allow England national team to win at least 60% of their international games.

Specially Fabio Capello, who have to work with limited resources of England player.. due to the flooding invasion of foreign players in English Premier League...I really think he did well... other then leaving Micheal Owen out of the squard due to his fitness and injury problem...

Maybe Fabio Capello could motivate Micheal Owen in someway or another so that he could one day rejoin back the national team sqard.. just like Emile Heskey...as Owen is a natural england born goal scorer which is hard to find in recent years..

Goalkeeping department is also another problem England is facing... not much experiences GoalKeeper (GK) other then David James.. and Paul Robinson ...

It will be a dream ... if England can win the World Cup one day..

and add another star to their jersey... :)

freeze up...

I found this video quite interesting... while surfing my friend's blog...

it's like everyone group as a team....walk to a train station...

stop their movement and freeze for 5 minutes...

quite interesting...hope you guys like it :)

Hope you guys enjoy... :)

national library...

As my assignment and examination date are coming... I have alot of reports to rush on and quite a few chapters to revise..

So last saturday I decided that I need to find a very quiet place for my revision and the first light bulb that came into my mind was... the National Library @ Bugis.

It was a place that I always went to during my national service days .. during the weekends.... before me and my current girlfriend get together...maybe year 2005?

Specially if you went up to the Level 11 of the National Library Building ...that place is actually for Singapore and Southeast Asian Collections.

Once you entered Level 11, you will actually be able to see Level 12 and Level 13 in between...so the structure effects made Level 11 rooftop looks very tall...

If you walk to the corner of both sides in Level 11.. your eyes will be flooded very amazing view of Victoria Street at the right side and view of City Hall, Suntec, Esplanade, Esplanade Dr, Indoor Stadium, Merlion, Singapore Flyer, Ships Harbouring near Singapore and many....

The reason why I decided to come over this place is because this place is a very spacious and very quiet place without any disturbance noise ... you can even hear your own breathing sometimes

You will also feel very relax over there with the amazing view and coolness brought in by the air-conditional at the middle of an hot afternoon...

Lastly if you have a Lappy this is a 'made in heaven' place for you.... National Library had design power plug in on almost every desk of Level 11.. specially for your Lappy

Surfing the Internet using your Lappy is also Free Of Charge.. due to the free wifi broadband plan from the government call Wireless @ SG.

Opposite the national library will be Iluma and Bugis Junction where you can go for shopping and make yourself happy with different variety of food...

Why not consider the National Library as an option.. :)

dear dear...

She is the only girl who really touches my heart...

Never had I love a girl so deeply as before...

3 years of my life... I made a promise and vision that true love do exist...

Before we step into the next level...in our projected date next year..

I wish she could understand the meaning of give and take...

I might not be the best guy in this world... or a prefect guy..but

It shouldn't be a one sided affairs... even if you really love that person very much...

My hand will shake and I will feel cold and sweat to sign that paper now... because it is about the rest of the life...

I couldn't sign it...

I am at a crossroad now... but I do love her.. very much...

H1N1 flu...

I was surfing on AsiaOne website...a news website uploaded by The Straits Times...

sadly i saw a news report about the 8th case of H1N1 flu virus in Singapore.

even the health minister strongly believes that this new type of virus might spread around in the community...very soon

so we just have to get mentally prepared and hope that this H1N1 flu virus doesn't mutates and stay in its current non-lethal form..

anyway the picture uploaded by the reporters as seen above is kinda funny...

please have a look and enjoy.. :)

circle line...

although i sleep late the night before at 3am... i manage to wake up at 10am.. in the morning...

bring my mummy for breakfast at clementi.. then we went to take mrt train from dover mrt station to outram park mrt and finally to serangoon mrt station...

circle line is opened... and i decided to bring my mummy to try it out... just like the opening of joo koon mrt station during february 2009...

i can see my mummy really enjoyed my accompany... seldom we have a chance to have a family day together...

after trying out the circle line... from serangoon mrt to bishan mrt.. a journey of just 15mins.. we had our lunch at junction 8 MacDonalds...

the circle line looks just exactly like north east line... but from the map.. i can really understand the meaning of building the circle line...

it really shorten the distances between east, north east, north and west area....

saw on the news that evening that the final phases of hole digging for circle line is completed... now it is a complete circle link..

see those construction worker.. so happy cheering.. waving singapore flag...

they might be foreigner.. but their sweat and efforts of building this circle line so we singaporean and future generations can enjoy the benefits of it... is deeply respected....

hope they open up all the circle line by end of next year ba...

an ambulance... when i saw it.. my mind was collapse.. i can't allow myself to walk another step... i can't do it.. i really wanted to...

looking at it.. looking at those civil defense personnel carrying a cavern sheet.. looking at a person on oxygen supply cover over his mouth...in coma state... not getting any younger... who was once apart of me....but now none of my business...

he never did his duty.. he never cared...he beat the person i loved most...he ruin the whole family up.. and gambling debts.. and loan shark...

but.. why i didn't move on that night... i damn hate myself..
