restaurant city...

Recently a friend of my introduced me a new facebook game called restaurant city...

At first I thought it was something like a quiz game.. but as it goes on...

I realize that in the game I will actually be a manager... and my task is to build up, decorate and design the furniture arrangement the restaurant....

I also need to find ingredients.. to improve the standard of my food being served to the customer...

The staff can be picked from my friends within the facebook... so it makes you feel like you are really running a business with friends helping you out....

As your standards improved ... the customer will also increase...therefore when you reach a target amount of customer you will be level up...

And you will either be given a chance to hire another staff to help out with the restaurant or increase in the area of the restaurant where you can place more furniture and sittings to serve more customer....

So guys.. specially those facebook user.. do try out this game.. ok :)

recent updates..

Recently.. I have been working almost everyday since 11 may 2009.. so today is actually the 18th day of continues working..and I still have tomorrow.. which is the 19th day...

The good side is.. I am able to save more...and my next month saving will be slighty higher then usual..I am really happy with it.. down my heart...

Past few months maybe due to economy crisis.. my overtime schedule has been the lowest level since I started to work over here.. but it seems like getting slightly better over the past few weeks....

No matter what.. whenever I have a task on my job I will just try my best to do it..

I am also hoping that economy get better and benefit everyone...

Now to my higher diploma studies, this is actually my 2nd year studying in TMC..I have completed my diploma studies end of last year...

This term I am having 2 modules.. IT security and Logical Foundation.. and things as getting harder and harder as compared to last year.

I think if I work hard enough I am still able to submit a good assignment report for IT security..

but as for Logical Foundation.. if I manage to obtain a pass.. I am very happy already.. as it involves many different types of maths formula and some of the topics in the books when teacher teaches I felt like I am in space wondering around...

Its not I didn't try my best or didn't pay attention to the lecturer... but the problem is that I am unable to click things.. together to understand it...

Anyway I will try my best and see how it goes... and no matter what.. I will never give up...

Häagen-Dazs icecream...

Few weeks ago.. I walk pass a Häagen-Dazs icecream outlet @ Wisma Orchard with my dear dear...

Remember the weather was damn hot..that afternoon...

We are looking for something nice, delicious and able to cool down ourselves...

When we walked inside the outlet.. their friendly staff appoached us and introduce us new ice cream favors for try out... like oreo chips... swiss chocolate...

We ending up with 2 scopes of Häagen-Dazs icecream and 1 scope for free...

Strawberry, chocolate chip and mocha favour...

It was damn delicious...and since then I always recalled the moment...we ate it..

I am so thirsty that day... and able to eat Häagen-Dazs icecream...really brighten up my day...

Compared to other ice cream brands... Häagen-Dazs icecream should is one of the most expensive brands around the town.. but their prices is worth it..

Because they use the real ingredients.. and purest ingredients to fill up the emptiness which you can 'feel it' when eating a normal ice cream ...

Anyway.. going to Häagen-Dazs icecream outlet and eat is good in sense of quality of life..

but the amount of each scopes is quite small...not worth it in sense of money wise..

So I will save up some money and buy the 500ml tubs from supermarket instead.. then I can enjoy.. whenever i am feeling down.. or sad.. or anything

Delicious ice cream... will brighten up the mood of a person..

The taste ... will let you feel that life is still good and worth looking forward for...

Try it.. when you feel sad.. or unhappy... :)

liverpool fc...

For those Liverpool fans, I am sure you must be aware about announcement of Liverpool FC coming to Singapore on 26 July 2009.

Now the pricing of the match is also confirmed and it's between $88 - $188 which is slightly more expensive then I previously thought it would be...

Cos I remember the last time when they visited singapore in year 2001.. the match ticket was between $70 - $130...

9 years have just gone pass.. but I can feel the increase of the ticket pricing was quite large... a basic ticket now comes at $88...can buy a nice pair of shoes le...

I didn't catch much of the EPL or now so called BPL.. since it was removed from 'Free to AIR' TV channels... due to the lack of time and subscription fee...

Heard they going to increase the subscription fee.. after starhub contract with BPL is over... so next time maybe subscription will cost $40? per mth...

So now I am still amidst of considering... whether should I go....but my mind and support really goes towards liverpool fc...

Those days.. I was a younger.. watching robbie folwer... steve macca... micheal owen.. jamie redknapp... sammi hyypia... jamie carragher.. steven gerrard...playing was a pure enjoyment...

youth days...

Realise that opening of 3rd phase of circle cline will be on 28 May 2009.

Between Bartley and Marymount MRT Station...

Time really flys.. from planning layout of the line..during my secondary days

To building it...i was 17 years old...

Recalling the disastrous accident when nicoll highway collapse due to the construction of circle line.. in April 2004..i am 19 years old..

Took train with my friends.. to lavander mrt and head to Beach Road.

before walking under the Golden Mile multistory carpark...

Saw the actual collapse site...of nicoll highway infront of my own eyes...

Those are my memories...

circle line...

Circle line is definitely going to shorten travelling time for people..

Between people staying in the east,north east and north...

At the moment the travel time between bedok and bishan on train is

around one and a half hour...

With circle line... Bedok > Paya Lebar > Serangoon > Bishan ..

Should it be like 30mins?

Si Chuan Earthquake 1 Year...

On 12 May 2008, 2.28pm....an earthquake with 8.0m occurred...

nightmare for the people of si chuan...

yesterday is the 1 year anniversary..of the incident.

there's no words to said.. compared my own problem.. to their problems...

hope they will be able to stand up..

once again..

mother's day

Today is mother's day...

i felt i am very fortune ... to have my mother...

amidst of family crisis between my dad and my mum in year 1995..

my mum made a brave decision to take me away and start a new life together..

living in a small rented room.. having a small bed.. a small radio... nothing else...

we sleep together.. and those quietness when the lights and radio are turned off..

we started our new life...

away from hate... and violence.. away from loan shark..

mother... i will never let anyone hurt you... you are really a nice mother if not..

today i won't know .. what is happening to me today..

sometimes i feel i am not good son...

but in my heart.. mummy i love you..very much...

i wish everyone a happy mother's day.. :)

life commitment...

I am thinking deeply and down to heart about myself...

How to maintain a 'Life Commitment'

Journey in life.. can be long...everyday is another day..

The moment we started..our task with 'will' and correct 'desire'

Can we still straight between the 'start point' till 'end point'

How easy it is.. for anyone to walk the wrong direction and drift away...

'Life Commitment' can be on anything.. on anyone..

No one is perfect...

How to walk straight in between problems and temptations...

Sorry about it ... this is just another posting for my soul searching...

Might be beyond understanding..

p.s: not about relationship wise..can be on anything we commitment to...

17 again...

watched was 2 movies over the past 1 week..

first movie was 17 Again..

This guy called 'Mike O'Donnell', he is 37 years old..

blink of divorcing with her wife, not able to get along with his children and he just lost his job..

he walk back to his former high school... and he realize isn't those days the best...

god made him back turn to 17 years old.. and many things happened....

mother teresa...

the second movie i watched was.. Mother Teresa in Calcutta

I must down to heart.. respect Mother Teresa.. for her life commitment on the desire to help those people..living in the poorest of the poor....

When people nowadays only count cents and dollars.. go shopping.. eat nice food... work hard for better lifes...but Mother Teresa.. is different..

I admire her ideology of helping people... helping the poorest of the poor.. receiving donations for means to pass it over to those needy once...

She never want to setup an organization.. she felt helping people should be down from heart.. and setting up an charity organization is equivalent to setting up a company...

She doesn't want her effort of helping those poor once to be organized.. but instead she prefer it to be simple and directly from heart...

Since becoming a nun, she have dedicated her whole entire life to helping people... any kinds of people.. skin diseases, tuberculosis, cancers and etc... she felt they deserve a better treatment...

She doesn't plan everything in details in order to help them...she doesn't worry for money because she strongly believes money will come day by day..with gods willing..

She doesn't not encourage donations from people..in order upgrade better facilities... and she does not encourage people to join her religion...

She helps because she felt the need for those forgotten people...raising up their hands.. without people caring..
